GS Developer is the portfolio of Cesar Santiago Gonzalez Cuellar, an ICT student at the University of Žilina focused on data science, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications.
This site is intentionally code-first. It is built with Astro so the portfolio can stay lightweight, version-controlled, and easy to deploy through Cloudflare Pages.
What I Am Building Toward
I am shaping this portfolio around machine learning, RF signal analysis, database practice, networking knowledge, and practical software development. The goal is to show not only finished work, but how I learn, iterate, and turn engineering problems into intelligent, data-driven solutions.
